I'm jumping the gun here as I'm just talking with the director but has anyone heard of English Square in Tokushima? I did a search but it didn't really turn up with much useful info.
Cheers all, |

There doesnt seem to be a website for this school and not much information available. I think a look at the contract would also tell you a lot about working conditions there (e.g. lots of fines and penalties, intrusions into your private life such as no teaching privates, mean he doesnt 100% trust his employees) and tell you what kind of employer he is. There may be one or two dissatisfied employees but i think this can depend on the person as well, e.g. if they are not used to small city living or have an axe to grind. There are such things as 'bad' employees too.
See if you can find out what kind of contract he is offering. |
