Hi Gang
I'm planning to go to Hong Kong at the end of the month and plan to bring my Colombian girlfriend with me... but we might have a problem:
She has two (2) passports:
1. Panama
2. Colombia
She entered the mainland PRC with her Panamanian passport and has her PRC resident's permit on it, but we just found out that to enter Hong Kong using a Panamanian passport, she is required to have a HK visa on it.
We found out Colombian nationals do not require a visa to enter Hong Kong, so I figured... She leaves mainland China using her Panamanian passport and enters Hong Kong using her Colombian passport.
My question is: Once she arrives in Hong Kong airport from Shanghai and produces her Colombian passport at entry point (which requires no HK visa) without any Chinese EXIT stamps or visas on it, will she be sent back to Shanghai???????
We live in Shanghai, and there is of course no Hong Kong embassy here!!!
Will she be sent back to mainland China if she tries using the two passports???
Any advice will be appreciated.
