| Have just been told by an employer that can only apply for visa in a country where you are a permanent resident. I haven't been able to find any info. Can anyone help? Thanks |

They sometimes pull this trick. Ask Stephen Jones for his interpretation.
Recently I had to establich that I was legally resident where I said I was before the Immigration People would issue my entry visa. |
