Anyone Familiar with a visa service company in Hangzhou that does a similar service as Emoo.net in Shanghai? Info is much appreciated.

Sorry I do not know anyting from Hangzhou.
The only little thinks I can warn you with, are:
Guangzhou � Guangdong:
One year �multiple entry� cost 800 RMB.
Health check cost 380RMB.
No �Z� can be delivered whiteout showing an �expert certificate� from your employer.
5 pictures for a first timer.
Passports photocopy recto/verso.
Why do you need a visa company for? |
