Hi,
Just wanted to ask whether anyone knows how to arrange to transfer Bike Registration from another person to myself. Did a search but didn't turn up anything useful. If anyone has done this I would really appreciate some information.

| Not sure, but you may be able to go to bike shop and get a new registration for the new owner. They should charge you 500 yen for this. |
