I don't have a story... yet, but hopefully someone out there can help me out.
I keep reading on various blogs and forums that getting a good haircut in Thailand is no easy task. I'm just wondering if anybody knows of a safe place (and reasonable) to get a haircut (guy) in Changmai. Any help?

No, but it might improve your odds if you ask a man to cut it. He may actually cut hair for a living.
