I need to get money out of my visa. |

Citibank near America-Mura or near Kita-Shinchi station.
At Sumitomo Bank at Hankyu Umeda station, and near the Osaka Hilton. |

| If you happen to be near Namba, you can walk out exit #5. There is an international ATM machine in green on your right hand side. |

 Citibank Americamura is not a Maestro/Cirrus ATM.... right?
How about the Sumitomo Hankyu Umeda> does that accept Maestro/Cirrus does anyone know off hand?
and, to be honest, also about the other posts in this thread: the "Namba Exit #5 ATM" and the "local post office ATM": anyone know off hand if they accept Mae/Cir bank cards?
or any others around town? thanks |

| don`t know about Osaka but in Kobe across from Phoenix Plaza I think that ATM takes Cirus cards。 |
