anyone in india/or has been to india:
is now or end of august a good time to head towards dharamsala? wanted to check out the himalayas/northwest india, but wasn't sure what the season is like now weather-wise or crowds-wise. thought of flying into new dehli and taking the train from there. still monsoon season in sikkim? any travel advice would be great, thanks! |

Monsoon season finishes in October. Himachal Pradesh and Sikkim are some of the wettest places in India.
Still OK to travel there, but the rains can be an inconvenience. |
