Hi everyone,
I'll be flying into Bangkok late on the 24th (11:30 pm) and was wondering if the airport exchange booths will still be open. If not, will the hotels accept yen?
Thanks.

I just got off the telephone with information services
at Don Muang (Bangkok) International Airport.
Exchange banks are open 24/7.
No need to worry.
Here's a link to the BKK Airport so you can see what's what:

I will be arriving in Bangkok in February. I am going to starting working in Korea soon and was wondering if I can exchange Korean Won for Thai Baht? Can anyone help? I looked at the website you posted but it just says that major currencies can be changed. Does the Korean Won count as a major currency?
Thanks,

Yes, you CAN exchange won at the exchange banks - but you tend to get killed on the exchange rate. Or at least I did last time. This time - I will get US$ in Koreja and exchange to Bahtskis. |
