I have been in Korea for a week and I'm in a city with none or few Native Speakers! Where can I get a phone card to call home? What's the going rate?
Also--I've looked into buying a cell phone. Is it better to go with a contract (buy 150,000 Won phone) or buy used? If used can you recommend a good place to look?
