Just would like to say hi from an Austro/Aussie who will soon be joining the ranks of Native English ESL instructors.
Advice for the old warhorses of ESL would always be welcome. Making a major turn around in career choices after over 20 years in administration - public and private.

Maybe after we get one for Sweden. And Norway, Denmark, Holland ?
