This is a true story so keep it up here to warm people of this guy and his company LSJ.
He charges people 30.000 yen to join the company.
The company is run from Dutour Coffee Shop in Chiba there is no office the address his gives is his house and you are not allowed to go there.
The company is not registered.
He has not paid many people including me he owes me 200.000 yen still.
He will not tell you when your holidays are so that he can wait till you want to take a vacation and then deduct money from you.
The contract is illegal its the worst I have seen.
Stay away from them you will find out what he is like at the interview and if you do take a job after meeting him you must be crazy.

Didn't you take the job? Should we trust the rantings of a crazy person?

Jumping out of the 52nd floor hurts but do you need to experience it yourself or would you rather have someone tell you first?

LSJ is now hiring for a school in Togane. Watch out, sa soon as you meet Sekiguchi you will see what a complete tool he is and how illegal his contract is and what a time waster he is. Then when you work for him come the deductions, fines and on-call days instead of days off. The school in Togane has no non smoking section and all the people smoke there so if you like breathing in second hand smoke all day and like to be duducted 20.000 yen for writing in blue instead black ink, you know what to do.

OP: I think it is interesting that you did take a job with him when you could see from the first meeting that he was a tool. What makes you think that a crazy person (the only people that would work there as you say) would listen to your well-written and well-reasoned post?

By the way, what is your mother tongue?

man I can smell your nasty second hand smoke from here bro.
Why do most people take jobs? because I didnt have any money and the debt collectors were removing my belongings. Your welcome to try and work for LSJ infact I would be happy if you took a job with them as I dont like you I would revel in your misery.
Im originally from Ethiopia but grew up in the Sudan during the great famine there were people were dying man, they were just skin and bone and the babies were full of flies and we had to eat the flies of the dead babies lips for food.
So dont make fun of me getting a job at LSJ because I needed the money.
