Bogus ESL Scores Reported!
For those not in the know, the General English Proficiency Test (GEPT)
is sponsored through the Taiwan Ministry of Education because Taiwanese students were consistently doing badly on internationally certified ESL testing (lowest scores in the region compared to the most money spent by a single non country for English Language Learning).
In an attempt to cover their own failure of increasing ESL test scores among the general population, the Taiwan Ministry of Education began the GEPT test which could be controlled by the notoriously corrupt and incompetent Ministry of Education on Taiwan.
Hence the bogus test scores.
