I've heard that there is some kind of Halloween party on the loop line in Osaka?
Has anyone got any details or dates for this?

Foreigners get dressed up in Halloween costumes and ride the Loop Line. usually its on October 31st or whenever Halloween is. i have no idea of the current situation as its likely people get drunk, throw up on trains or harass station staff. Better check at the local gaijin bars to see if its still on this year. has been held (unofficially) for the last few years now. |
