Hi

Does anyone know where I might be able to find a secondhand (or cheap) scanner that is capable of scanning photographic negatives? I've checked Ripley, Paris and Falabella but the prices are ridiculous. Why is electrical stuff so expensive here?

Any help is appreciated.
