is it normal to wait for 2 or 3 months for anything to happen about a visa?? Anyone got any good news??? also what is the lowest amt of loot I need to bring ( NZ. we are at rock bottom remember!!!) to get started and what do I have to be prepared for NIKK

This depends on the employer and a lot of other incidental factors. Who is the employer ?

well all depends, I think I must hold the record for the most rapid visa process................

had my medical in Bahrain at 11am, straight to the embassy got my business visa and was at the border by 4pm.............can anyone beat that?

right enough there was a lot of running around to do before I arrived in Bahrain.

It's a work visa you've got, not a business visa.

thanks for the help people I have canned it and decided to go back to uni and study grape growing instead have a nice abused unfulfilled life as a teaching dogsbody everyone
