I'm a newbie, searching for my first job teaching english. I wanted to know if anyone has feedback about schools in Beijing that are worth looking into. I'm leery of recruiters and am searching on my own mostly, but if anyone has had any first-hand experience they'd be willing to share, I'd love to compile a list of schools that people can vouch for as being solid in terms of management, living conditions, teaching conditions, pay, etc...
