Hi there, could someone tell me if the highways are all up and running in Chiapas, preferably the coastal route through to Tapachula and the border with Guatemala?
Also, the ticketbus site isn't cooperating with me, giving null as the answer to most searches, and I can't find any details on the Cristobal Colon buses TAPO-Tapachula. Do they still run, and are they running at the moment, and how much is a ticket?
Thanks to anyone who can help

I have been told second hand that the roads are all open, at least as far as Tapechula. I don't know about the other side of the border. |

Mike,
If this keeps happening to you, try checking that Spanish is one of the languages of your Internet Explorer. You know how to do that: Tools->Internet Options and then the Languages button at the bottom of the first dialog. I remember you couldn't get the functionality on the Despegar site to work either. There's something important about the language that the site functionality was designed in being one of the languages installed in your web browser. In Spain, I had a similar problem with an Oz banking website, and once I added English to my (previously Spanish only) browser it all miraculously worked!
As for the roads, absolutely no idea, mate.
