Hola,

Just writing because I will be heading back to Japan for my 3rd trip in about 2 weeks and I'm wondering where I can find a good cell phone shop in Tokyo with good rates and bilingual staff. (I didn't need a phone in either of my 2 previous stays but the dynamics have changed now that I will be living in Tokyo.)

Any help, links or maps to places would all be really appreciated!
