I am wondering, has anyone ever heard of Ecentral.jp There seems to be a lot of job offers there. Has anyone used it or heard of it. Thanks. |

You know they are headhunters? Its their job to have a lot of job offers. |

No I didn't actually. Shoot, are there jobs bona fide or are they all luring in to get some money out of me? |

I see no reason why they shouldnt be bona fide, they are not conversation school jobs seeking people with little or no qualifications.
The top one I saw was an IT job.
Usually the client pays when the headhunter finds some one for the them and this is usually a percentage of the applicants first years salary. remember that in these situations the job seeker wants to be found and is attracted by the package they offer. its not some little english teacher going cap in hand and trying to negotiate directly with an employer on the employers terms.
The headhunter simply brings two parties together and they agree on the terms. Its not so much you being 'ripped off' or taken for a ride as I assume with those jobs you know what your value and worth is to the client. |
