Anyone heard anything about these guys? Seem to have loads of jobs available, which could either be a good thing (booming business, paid on time etc), or a bad thing (they suck to work for and have a high staff turnover). Fill me in if anyone has heard anything about them. Thanks

El Britanico is a weird case. They are part of a duopoly (that's a word, right?) with the ICPNA (Peruvian-North American Cultural institute) of high quality English instruction. Their reputation is excellent, they keep opening new schools, and their facilities are pretty good. That said, the pay is supposed to suck. Don't ask me how bad it is, schools here only tell you your salary after a legnthly interview process, and I haven't applied as Im an American. Even if it's not that great, though, you could easily pick up private lessons or another job just by being associated with them. You could try the ICPNA too, they pay pretty well and would probably be happy to have you.
These places will only employ you legally, though
