i knew a couple of folks who worked there. from what i gathered, lynch ran its own classes but also contracted with outside companies and perhaps schools to give classes, so you get a very wide variety of types of students--and you might have to travel around suzhou in order to teach (i don't know if these expenses would be reimbursed--so ask). the people i knew didn't seem to have many complaints except that their weekly hours were irregular, so that they might have to work all day saturday and sunday and then their two days off would not be consecutive, so traveling any distance would be impossible.
google them, and you'll find testimonials from those folks on the web. you might even be able to contact them, which would be a good idea. if their contacts aren't listed on the web site, ask lynch to give you e-mail addresses of former teachers. |
