Hiya

Was wondering if anyone has got an international ATM card from UFJ and if they know whether its possible to get 2 cards for the same account?

Was thinking of sending one home so money could be withdrawn from my account without the hassle of the Post Office or Lloyds, but obviously will need to keep a card here with me in Japan so I can get to my hard earned (!) cash.

can you clarify a little? Is the 2nd card going to be used by someone else in another country to withdraw money from your account? If so, you must trust this person a lot. Shocked

I do not have the international cash card, but most of my coworkers do. They think it's great... but they all have just one card. Come to think of it, all my North American accounts came with just one card as well. After all, if you're the only one who's on the account, why else would you want two cards? If you want two cards you'll have to get a joint account. I have no experience with joint accounts, but I've heard they can be a headache.
