I went to Dr. Alicia Gerardi. She's on Crdoba near Pueyrredn. I know that she speaks English, but I can't say how well. I can say that the recommendation came from someone else for whom language was a concern, so I would guess she speaks it well enough.

I can't remember the cost and can't find my receipt. I want to say 60 pesos, but I could very well be wrong. You can ask on the phone while you check out her English skills. Wink

Hope this helps.

Sorry . . . maybe I wasn't explicit or effusive enough in my recommendation. It's a dentist -- it's hard to get TOO excited about it.

But she had an actual diploma hanging on her wall, other patients in the waiting area (i.e., at least one or two other people thought she was OK!), and used disposable materials.

She was pleasant, didn't seem to be a sadist. . . So, yes, I had a fine experience.

All in all, it was not too different from my dentist experiences in the States.

You need to call and make an appointment. It didn't take her long to fit me in. A few days, maybe.
