| Me and a friend are moving to HCMC in january and are wondering if electronics are cheaper there than on canada. |

| Here in Vietnam, the prices are not cheaper and the quality drops through the floor. Most of the cheap (not so cheap $$$) electronics are chinese and I have seen to many problems to buy any more. Korea has been the best quality for the best price that I have ever seen. My suggestion is to bring all of your computer related electronics with you. Even an older laptop has a higher resale value here. A new laptop you could get back home for 1200$ could be sold for 2000$ here easy. |
