Is it true that it is better to get your Celta cert and/or university diploma signed by someone here in the US before traveling abroad to teach?
...and WHO signs it?

| You have to get them apostilled. You most likely will be able to do it a t you local Secretary of State. |

I never got anything legalised and haven't had any problems yet.
But sometimes librariess will notarize things for free, that might work |
