Is it true that it is better to get your Celta cert and/or university diploma signed by someone here in the US before traveling abroad to teach?
...and WHO signs it?

You have to get them apostilled. You most likely will be able to do it a t you local Secretary of State. |

I never got anything legalised and haven't had any problems yet.
But sometimes librariess will notarize things for free, that might work |
