Just wanted to know what happens at the end of a contract here, is it easy to change from one job to another? any hassle? What about if you change job and dont like it, can you just give notice and move to another job? or is it difficult?

Provided you see out your contract, yes it's easy to switch jobs. Your new employer will apply for a new KITAS for you and send you off to Singapore again.

Leaving before your contract is up wouldn't generally be a problem, given you gave the expected notice and abided by any penalties stated in the contract. Your employer then cancels your KITAS and you have 12 (or is it 14?) days to exit the country. You can either pick up a new job in that time or on your return. At which point, you'd go through the process as stated in the paragraph above

Including National Plus, pay for an ESL teacher in International Schools would range in the sizeable ball park of $1500-4000/month.
