I'm a journalist on my way back down to La Paz to do some freelance work. I would like to work in a university teaching English or creative writing. Any ideas?
My boyfriend is Bolivian and we live in the center of the city. He taught at a university and said that with a North American degree I can easily find work, but I would love to find out what other gringos think of the work situation in Bolivia.
Also, I need some tips on visas...how many times can I extend my visa by leaving the country and returning every 3 months? And do I need a work sponsor to get a work visa? |
