hey!

I'm wondering a few things about the more old-style Japanese apartments.

like.. in random order, anyone know by any chance...

How does the , say, ubiquitous Y3000 water fee work...> in a situation where there's no shower or toilet? Are those communal laundries free, anyone know off hand?
