Are there any American sports bars in Poland where I can watch American sports on television? I am particularly interested to see some American football. |

Anywhere which has British Sky TV will be able to show NFL games on sunday nights. College football is only on NASN but I don't know anywhere which has that channel.
In Warsaw your choices are Champions at the Marriot and Someplace Else at the Sheraton but both close at midnight so you only get the first game and the first half of the second game. Jimmy Bradleys and Bar Below are better choices and stay open as long as people want to watch so you can see the second game. |

You can find it in places which have AFN (Armed Forces Network). But the only bars which have that are the USMC bar at the US embassy and the mess room in the USMC residence in Warsaw. Neither are open to the public. The embassy used to show NFL games but now they don't. You could try phoning the US ambassador, Victor Ashe, and attempt to persuade him to do something for college ball fans. He's a huge Vols fan, when mayor of Knoxville he named a street 'Payton Manning Pass'! |

Is it possible to get NASN from cable or satellite dish in Poland? |

Yes. You will need a 90cm dish and a British Sky TV digibox and subscription. On top of the 50 for the box, 300PLN for the dish and 18 per month for the subscription, you will also need a subscription to NASN and I have no idea what that costs.
Alternatively you can just listen to internet radio broadcasts of whatever game you want to follow. |
