HCMC, as an example, has several international clinics, in addition to the many large Vietnamese hospitals. They are fairly expensive, but you could probably get just about anything you need there. Also, the pharmacies here seem to have a wide variety of medications that would otherwise only be available by prescription in some other countries. A friend of mine recently was able to get his asthma meds at a pharmacy with no difficulty. Whether or not they will have your specific medication is another matter.
