according to the head of the airforce, thaksin's sister and her friends received no special treatemtn when they were flown up to chiangmai for a birthday party. infact, any civilian can ask to be flown on an airforce plane. 
anyone want to go up fo a kantok dinner next saturday night?  |

but remember, there is no insurance!
And of course you have to have a high ranking government official to be able to produce the appropriate flight plan if any questions are asked later  |
