Does anyone have any fairly recent experience with both Kultur Kolej and Istek? If so, can you compare things like, management efficency and ease to work with, discipline of children, paid on time, free accommodations, work hours, etc?

i worked at kultur 2000 last year, the bilingual part of kultur koleji and its the newest extension of the school - it was terrible, the pay, the hrs, the location, the housing, everything. plus they ripped me off on my summer pay. its a family run organization concerned with money making and puts not a lot of money into the school. and the general mudur is a b*tch too. i would just stay away from anything kultur if i were you. on the plus side, i think that kultur koleji may be a bit better run because its so old.

istek doesn't have great pay from what i heard and the hrs are a bit long as well. i guess about 10 yrs ago it was a pretty good school, reuptation wise, but i guess its gone down.
