First, I apologize if this subject has already been done to death. I taught in Korea for four years and I'd like to know how people who have taught in both places compare Korea and Taiwan. I'm seriously considering moving to Taiwan in January so I'd like to know what to expect from the Taiwanese people, how living expenses and compensation for teaching compare. How's the food? What is there to do for fun? etc.
Thanks a lot. |

| You will get less hours in Taiwan - unless you choose the country where you will do around 35-40 hours in mosts cases - Taiwan is more expensive and living conditions are behind those you would be used to in Korea. |
