Does anyone know if there is anything going on in Chiba like the now-defunct Narita Friendship Club?

I am living in Chiba pretty much permanently now, with my Japanese husband and our 2 boys. I have a great life in a great town, but I really miss good old fashioned English conversation sometimes. The closest "big" city to me is Narita, but the Friendship Club disbanded shortly after I arrived in the Spring .

If anyone knows of anything like that, or simply some place where foreigner-friendly foreigners hang out, (not bars though), I'd love to hear about it, through this topic or a PM.
