After more than 3 years in court, I have just learned that a yabanci must post a bond (teminat) in order to file or contest a case, unless there is a reciprocal agreement with the yabanci's home country. Now I am trying to find out if Canada has this agreement. Anyone happen to know? The lawyers and the judge did not pick up on this procedural item but the judge at the court of Appeals did. Sigh. I am a regular at the Beyoglu court, so if you find you have to go there, PM me Sad
