I'm offering up my room for the months of July and August. This would be ideal for incoming teachers, not wanting to deal with the hassle of trying to found housing as soon as they arrive. $425 per month. The flat is in Chamberi near metro Iglesia which is four stops away for the center of everything (Sol), but just out of reach of all the noise at night. The room and the flat are very clean and spacious, as is the kitchen, and you would have the luxury of practising your spanish with my Bolivian roommate. Internet access also available.
