| I've used (unfortunately, too many times) the one in Dist. 1 on the left side on Bui Vien as you go from De Tham to Do Quang Dau. This is the same direction as if you were heading for Thai Binh Market. I've never had any complaints. As far as I know, she is the only dentist on Bui Vien, so it shouldn't be hard to find. It's about halfway between De Tham and Do Quanq Dau. |
