| Does anyone have experience of teaching at a Spanish university? How is the salary and does it arrive on time? |

| Public Universities in Spain usually provide very good pay and conditions but there is a lot of competition and relatively few jobs. Private universities are another option but again as there are so many qualified and experienced people looking for well- paid work it is difficult to get into the market. I know of several people who have taken on part- time work at a university combined with a contract with a school or other private work. Private unversities with MBA type programmes or tourism related courses may be a good bet (e.g. ESADE in Barcelona). |
