I'm aware that one of the qualifications to teach in China is to hold a Bachelor's degree certificate. I currently hold a (4-year) Licensure degree. Do you guys think the government can just deny the invitaion letter I need to get my Z visa because I am a licentiate and not a bachelor? I have a school that is interested in my services, but they told me the invitation letter might be denied because I don't have a B.A. degree.
Dammit, I took a 4-year course in TEFL/TESL and now I am afraid I might just be turned down. According to Longman Dictionary of Contemporary English, Licentiate means "a person given official permission, esp. by a university, to practise a special art or profession".
Thanks a bunch! |
