it's super cheap to fly- about $6000NT depending where you are leaving from. You could probably do a Taipei manilla deal for cheaper, that was the Kaohsiung- manilla price on PAL (Philipine air) I think, online. There's some discount line that flies out of TAIPEI but I'm not sure which one.
I don't think there are any boats, at least I never found any when I looked into things last year. |
