Hi all,
I�m in Madrid right now but despise the Spanish people and yearn to live and work in South America. I�ve visited Arg, Ven, Uru, and Chile, so I wanted to go to some place new - like Colombia - bc I have tons of Colombian friends at home in the US and I absolutely adore them. Anyways, I wanted to know when the hiring season is. If I go in March-April, will I be able to get a job? I have a tefl cert and 2 years experience plus speak Spanish. Also, where would I most likely end up working? In businesses, academias? Finally, if I just want this to be a short term gig, can I extend my tourist visa to 6 months to cover my time there.
