I was in Ankara for New Years last year, and there wasn't really much to be found. Most people tend to stay in with their families, and there aren't nearly as many foreigners as in Istanbul, especially TEFLers. Get in touch with the Hash House Runners though - they usually do something if I remember correctly. Other then that, the Hilton isn't such a bad place to hang out at Happy New Years |
