Anyone work with people who have questionable behaviour? It would be nice to know if there existed a website that had a list of people to look out for, who might be working here in KSA.

Seriously? Questionable behavior defined by you as... what? People who have a legitimate mental or physical health issue?

Okay, teachers who spread lies/rumors about their colleagues in an attempt to get them in trouble/fired, because they don't fit within their political agenda. Teachers who have been fired numerous times in the past because they are really that evil, and now they are here with nowhere else to go. People who really have nothing better to do with their time but just cause trouble for others.. Does that answer it for you? There are indeed some (insert explicit here). To those who like to stir up the **** in the pot, you should be forced to lick the spoon.

It is best to assume that all your colleagues are homicidal maniacs and behave accordingly.

And what exactly would stop the only marginally sane from posting your name on the website? Who gets to choose? Who gets to vet and how?

Seems a not terribly smart idea to me...

Sounds like your describing an enemy list. Those usually are not very popular. Where can you go where you don't have to deal with people that you don't like on the job.
