Hey everyone,

Has anyone heard of either the Top English School or the M and M Work Service Company (the latter is located in Lublin)?

I've been offered work by both, although I have not heard from the schools themselves, instead going through a contractor who saw my resume on Tefl.com.

Is it usual for companies to use contractors like this?
The name I've been given is Arkadiusz Kurowski.

M&M used to be called Millenium Services. There are posts in this forum by people who had dealings with Arek. You'd do well to read them.

Thank you so much guys for the information- I was planning to fly out to Poland on the weekend, and then goodness knows what would have happened!

I'm glad that our posts spared at least one person from being ripped off by Millenium, M&M or whatever their current name of deceit is. As for Top School, if you contract straight with them I don't think they would be so bad. I worked for them myself.
