I don't actually know anything about the schools there but I know a lot of "refugees" from the town who tell me it's the pitts. poles are not the most optimistic of people but have you ever heard anyone complain about krakow?
as a town it's worth a visit, maybe even worth living there for a year, interesting rynek with underground chambers which were used as gestapo torture chambers, oh and a concentration camp just outside, but don't let that put you off, i'm sure you'll be welcomed with open arms.
expect the worst and at least you won't be disapointed. |

There is one plus though.
In Lublin people will probably find you more interesting because you're a foreigner, since there are not a whole lot there.
On the other hand unemployment is high there and as I recall there were a lot of young blokes drinking in back alleys.
Yet that was a couple of years ago, for all I know all those guys might have moved to the UK.
Also there are a lot of beautiful women in Lublin. It seems that the further East you go the more beautiful they become.
Good times. |
