| Sorry, I tried to search, but all you vets out there. How EXACTLY would someone from the US dial a cell phone number in Taiwan? I mean from the dial tone to the last digit. Say 091 ###-#### is the number you would dial here. |

| You would dial 00886 (for Taiwan), then the cell number minus the first zero. For example, if the cell no. is 09-1234-5678, your mate in the US would dial 00886912345678. Hope this helps. |
