Hi,

I just read an old post that said that Interlink (the housing agency that ECC uses for Chubu) is a rip off because they charge one month's agent's fee.

I thought this was a fairly regular practice in Japan?

I am going throught them, and they said we were going to be in an apartment called "Chukyo Dai 3" near Kanayama station (if I'm reading the address correctly)

Does anyone know anything about that apartment?

You got to be careful with them. Specially if you buy furnature from them. I know the owner. Not a bad guy, but he is money hungry, like most people!
Just make sure you check the apartment out before you sign or pay for anything.
