I'm considering working for ALS in Chiba City. I have been researching Chiba City all night but can't find any good information on it. I'm just looking for some personal opinions of life in this city and also on experiences working for ALS. I'm coming from the States and don't have a lot of Japan knowledge. Any help would be appreciated.
