Does anyone know how to get scalped tickets? I'm hoping to go to La Boheme this weekend.
Here is what I know: you can only buy tickets two days before, you can only buy two per person, and the best seats go to the socios (members).
This made me think that there must be a black market for Opera tickets somewhere in Buenos Aires. Any ideas? |

I went to La Boheme last week....with a buddy of mine who works for the theatre part time. We paid for a couple 5 peso standing tickets, got there early, my buddy handed one of the ushers a 10 peso bill and we got great seats on like the 4th level (he didnt know the usher before hand). As far as scalpers.....good luck! Pribes seem to work great. getting tickets on the ground level may be another story!
